In this post I will give you the different class passives of the spec ops 15 group boss Acrade. I think these will help you to defeat Acrade.
Bruiser Arcade
Bruiser Arcade main class passive is Star Power. You need to use heroes that don't use energy attacks. Actually almost every blaster uses energy attack.
I suggest not using any blaster against the bruiser Arcade, unless you have Cable and Dr Voodoo or good alternates like Blaster Cylcops, Blaster HA Hawkeye, Blaster Modern Thor.
Blaster Arcade
Hand Buzzer is the class passive of Blaster Arcade. You need to use heroes that don't use melee attacks. There are a lot of tactician that use ranged attacks. Up to you then. But don't forget to give your agent a ranged weapon too.
Tactician Arcade
The Cake Is A Lie is the class passive of Tactician Arcade. You can't heal and buff your team for 2 turns.
All you have to do is spamming Arcade with all the debuffs you can, and if you have heroes that need 4 turns of buff to unleash their power, forget about them against the Tactician Arcade. Exploit bleeding could be a good way of fighting him in this case, in my opinion. You can use Elektra / Sabretooth / Wolverine / X-23.
Infiltrator Arcade
Class passive of Infiltrator Arcade is Game Master. You need to use heroes that don't use melee attacks again.
It's difficult cause almost every scrapper is a melee attacker. Forget about Iron Fist, Quicksilver, Sabretooth and Wolverine. You can use Deadpool (without L1) or give a try to Magik (only L2 and L6). But I think you'll have tu use another hero class against Infiltrator Arcade. Blaster may be a good one.
Scrapper Arcade
Reroll is the passive of Scrapper Arcade. Needless to say that your bruiser advantage is gone. Then you can choose your favourite hero for causing great damages, avoiding the infiltrators of course.

with infiltrator, U can use melee heroes, all U need is void generator, its the most easy class so far, I Used shaterstar and sabretooth against him and took 46% in one battle
You can also use Daredevil, against the Infiltrator and the Blaster. His Radar Senses will make his attacks stealthy and prevent the debuffs you would normally get by attacking him. Against the Infiltrator, my pair of choice is Deadpool and Sabretooth (I dealt, like, 90% in one single fight with these guys).
The Heroic age Hawkeye does very well against any class except Infiltrator, especially when rapid fire triggers.
How to defeat Arcade:
Bring up Deadpool and Havok..... Have some fun!

I agree Deadpool and Havok are great damage dealers against most Arcades there is one or two I would recommend swaping Sabertooth and Daredevil however I will have to try Hawkeye I didn't think to use him.
i always use deadpool and iron fist
using praying lotus in the first round allowing u to prevent debuff
first round use sharp point thing
second round using bang bang bang
third round no holds barrel
and last round using the final attack
even if u dont kill arcade

Rogue is amazing against scrapper, bruiser, and tactician Arcade.
Pair her with Aries against scrapper, cable against bruiser, and Elektra against tactician. Always flank him and let Rogue put on the beatdown.

any class arcade just debuff him and use cyclops l2 and continuously use sabretooth l1 until at round 3 use sabretooths l2 arcade -40-50% health

If you have the Void Generator,equip and use it against Scrapper Arcade; it removes the Generalized debuff for your heroes. I use Cyclops as well as an upper level Bruiser since his optic blast gives your team a follow up attack.
what is the void generator?
Against Bruiser Arcade, I go with Cable and Thor in his Blaster Avengers suit. Right away, I slap Cable's Temporal Shift on Thor, and use Inspire Bravery and Empowering Strike. On Cable's second turn (and really, every turn until TS recharges) I use Askani Arts to trigger Flanked, and on Thor's second turn I hit Arcade with a fully-charged Hammer Throw. Easily takes 5% off in the first round, and I average about 25% for the battle.
For Infiltrator Arcade, I just go in with Sabertooth and Wolverine (with Squirrel Girl as a backup). I take a bit of damage, sure, but usually strip a good 20% off of him.
Haven't worked out strategies for the other three, though.

To against Arcade Infiltrator, easy:
Daredevil will make internal bleeding and gets debuff (Lv1 skill). Don't forget that Daredevil all attacks is true strike (read the description).
Magik is very useful, especially she gets soul charge (x2) and using third ability (Lv6) to get paragon exploit and gets huge damage. (thanks to Daredevil Lvl1 attack)) (Stepping disc when attack or get attacked by Arcade gets pressure points (similar to Daredevil attacks (LV1) in case to bring more debuff)
My choice against infiltrator Arcade is: Union Jack + Spider Woman = Ranged Attacks
My agent holds a Void Generator with a MKIII Cell to create Void Shield and the Watcher Blade, plus another ranged weapon. Deals a great damage!

It was a weapon from the Spec Ops that had Ares as an unlockable hero. It creates a shield for your team that cancels out most debuffs for your team.
