Deploy heroes in any mission, and make sure to interview nearby street vendors for intel.
3. Oh Brother - Defeat 2 Brotherhood Members
The Brotherhood are behind the tainted face cream.
Toad and Mystique can be found in Season 2, Mission 2.
Reward: Prototype Emitter
4. We All Scream for Face Cream - Defeat 3 SC-DELTA Test Subjects
SC-DELTA level test subjects missed the message and mutated when using the face cream. They can be found in Season 2, Missions 1,2, and 4
5. Head of Operations - Defeat Sugar Man
Sugar Man is the Boss of Season 2, Mission 1: Artificial Sweetener.
Reward: Mutagen Emitter

You need to do it on hard mode
SC Gamma are different from SC Delta. Keep playing Season 2, Chapter 1, Mission 2 until you get them.
As you all can see, next quest after SC-DELTA is killing Sugar Man in Season 2 Mission 1... therefore you can found and kill SC-DELTA there... and complete last task

P.S.: On the Normal mode, challenge mode don't need

P.P.S.: Heh, and SC-DELTA can be found ONLY IN MEDIUM THREAT(maybe in high too)...not every time, when you start mission, you can restart it, if don't found... but I found all 3 for a second time.
