This is wrong.. Your tasks for lockbox is not true.. For me the 1st task is to collect 30 Soul Jars and Find the Hammering Nail.. Maybe it is some kind of a bug but I see that my friends also have that for their first task.. I hope you'll find out what the hell is wrong with the game..

@Donliloyd Caingin The Lockbox task only pops up after you research the soul jar in the lab which takes 8 hours or 20 gold. After you finish this research, Blackheart will spawn in the game to fight.

In mission 11.1 in the end even i killed the last two Bruiser Demons,they did not counted and i had to play from beginnig to find them again!

Save 25 of gold to finish the last task
The Key to beat Black heart is to not fight with a stronger or weaker class characters. so if BH is a scrapper font fight with bruiser team nor an infiltrator team. uses blasters or tactisions. Use a strong debuffing team e.g IP and a bleeder. Just make BH take as much damage each round as possible. Ohh and Damien Hellstorm is an Epic PVP character ;)
If I defeat Mephisto in 12.5, is there a possibility to get the hammering nail, or is that only the Spec Ops 11.2 Mephisto? (Always looking for a way to complete tasks without wasting unstable Iso-8!)

mephisto could be found in chapter 2 if you deploy the heroes needed.... fantomex, scarlet witch, iron fist and two more heroes deploy and finish all the fights and boss....mephisto would appear

Ok here is how the class he chooses only pick one counter class for it for ef if he is blaster pick 1 tactician. he will summon the tacticians counter class say the infiltrators so u need to pick 2 scrappers as your other two teamates

Fighting Mephisto, you need scarlet witch, iron fist and fantomex, but if you dont have those heroes, you can either farm or use a gold to finish the lockbox task. though, you can still win lockboxes through daily roulette and some in deploys, oh and also by fighting and winning blackheart

I agree, I haven't seen any infiltrator demons in mission 3, however i remember there was 1 in mission 1. Also the ones that appear in group boss fights, those are counted, so not that difficult to find 5

The info for task 17 is wrong. There are NO infiltrator demons in mission 3.
instead of playing whole mission get defeated once in sp op 11.3 where daimon is there in mini boss fight. and tht way u can play him thrice in the same mission. will save lot of isotops

There are many heroes which i will not use for long, but it doesn't matter since at some point u will want all of them like me (for collection), so yes you should buy him and save the gold. Gold is hard to come-by, CP u can farm again.

the most difficult part when fighting blackheart is when his in bruiser mode...his allies heals him so be careful...

to fight Blackheart get down 2 a class inferior to its inferior..like for bruiser BH try infiltrators and for tactician BH try bruisers...i can reach around 45% damage sometimes with this...and except for bruiser and scrapper BH, wolverine rides on everyone..
for tactician BH (who hits incendiary blast dealing 25k damage) fantomex's misdirection comes in handy..
Tip: (I'm sure most of you have figured this out by now but just in case.) If you're impatient or just running short on time and need those 5 lockboxes, instead of auto-finishing for 20 gold just buy them for 1 gold each in the store.
@Orestis, the point of a group boss is to not be able to solo it. Here's to hoping they make a mox that takes only 15% from the best strategies.

@Irving Yeah, you see, the problem is that people ARE able to solo him. I heard that a combination of players who can do that are Ghost Rider+Wolvie. I am planning to get GR for 200cp now that he's available, but then no Wolverine. I'm okay with lockboxes anyway, only need 1 more comic for satana. It just shocked me at first when I saw how powerful BH is compared to Red Skull. I don't know about previous Group Bosses, since I joined MAA after Spec ops 9 had finished.

On LB task 5 - do the demons in the BH fights count? It'd be mighty easy to get 30 that way. Has anyone tried this?
I Have tips to defeat blackheart one hit (It's only works to blackheart bruiser, scrapper, infiltrator)
firts use bruiser suit to agent, and use warbriger axe ( or something the high damage ), the doombringer, sudden support and damage amplibhier, and the team are rescue and ( angel or emma )
use the doombringer to blackheart until 40x or hihgest and use suudent support, damage ampllibgier and attack him
it must 15-30 minutes but you can kill him
ouhh one more dont attack blackheart for prevent him to escaping

in task 21 if we lose 2 battles with daimon hellstrom and win on third try will the objective be completed?
What the hell... I deployed all the heroes in chapter 2 specific operations and played all battles..but no EPIC BOSS Appeared..does someone else is facing same problem..

i get those retarded soul jars or the reactive isotopes everyday, sometimes this game gets under my nerves for fair-play..
for infi BH i use Havoc with CB in center...Havoc's lvl 6 applies Weakened, Exposed and Dizzy usually
Agents gets BH slowed..and BC does Curse of the otherworld..now every1 gets 2 chances on hitting BH..

you must carry out all deploys too, including the ones where you need to deploy iron fist, scarlet witch and fantomex.
@Naeem Baig yes it is if you want to complete all tasks.. or you can skip the task by paying 25 gold. If you don't have fantomex, scarlet witch and iron fist yet, you should skip it.
tips to all players. if you want to get hero on special operation
1) farming command points on mission 12.2
2) don't waste your command points to upgrade heroes to other class. just wait other special operation then see the deploy heroes needed on special operation.
3) if you have enough CP. then recruit heroes based on the required heroes on spec. ops.

if u having trouble beating black heart a easy way to shave off more percent from his health is to have the brute weapon that u get from spec ops mission 3 its real helpful since is causes rapid psychosis and he cant recharge so it will never go away just keep increasing. For my character i use brute, sinister scepter (for astro phase),hoarfrost mace (to protect when astro phased so no1 gets damaged), and digital decoy ( to protect every1 when the astro phase is off). if u do use these weapons use brute at the start to start the psychosis then septer to become phased then decoy to keep phased longer and other heros get protected from decoy. Hope this helps some ppl =]

The one I hate most is being lack of unstable ISO 8 and also giving only 20 which is the least. I suggest to the admin that they must make it at least 50. Also the ISo when we buy ISO through Gold must be 30 because Gold is very important in the game..

@Adel Larbaoui You need Fantomex and Scarlet Witch to unlock Mephisto, it's the only way. Or else you can skip the task by using 25 gold, but you will not get the chance to fight mephisto.
Blackheart fight:
1. Status effects work best, so equip your agent with as many weapons with poison/chill/fire/rapid psychosis etc... as possible. Brute from Spec Ops 11 chapter 3 is ace.
2. Use heroes that can get damage up relatively quickly i.e Iron Man, Black Panther, Black Cat, Thor, Hulk.
3. Dont try to counter the class of Blackheart, he will have a counter-ability to your counter class, best trick to use is using heroes with stronger class than his minions to gain buffs.
Hope this helps. I finished the Spec Op after 3 days spending a bit of gold for the trident upgrade. Already got Santana and Hellstrom up to lvl 8

Curious. It states that you need 20 gold to finish task 22 of 25. Could you not instead just buy 5 lock boxes from the store and save about 15 gold?

I finished spec ops got Hellstrom... but milion of duplicates so I miss two comics to get Santana and I finished all Lockbox tasks... and after five battles with Epic boss stil didn't get a Hammering nail, or even one of the boss bonus weapons (brute, crooked grin or mimic)

It seems it's beather to spend 25 gold and win spc ops hero, then wasting CP-s for heroes to finish all of the tasks-and to be left withouth any other prize
And yes you don't need 20 gold for task 22 just five. That's fucked they wouldn't mention that. Anyway. Special ops complete. Even got enough to recruit constrictor. So far have magneto and juggernaut. Just need Santana and sentinel prime. Two away from satana. Four from sentinel. Soon...

Your best shot is to try to get as many 4 stars in any mission as possible. Do them in non-challenge mode with Hawkeye and Black Widow, they give the most points except for Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver. That happened to me in the Ghost Rider and Rescue Spec Ops and I missed both
can anyone tell me how many iso-8 do i need to complete mission 2,
as in 7 deployments need 70 iso-8
for the mini-bosses, 40 iso-8
so how many fights are there?!
Don't know exactly, but i think you need arround 150 iso-8 maybe more, but why fighting mini-bosses, do all deploys when they appear, and skip mini-bosses fight them with boss.. and you will save 40 ISO... you must fight all fights to fight an epic boss.
